I received my order YESTERDAY of Fruit Punch. It. smells. Amazing. Unfortunately, the pump on the bottle was not working and it seemed to have leaked about 25% of the contents. I went to the website, emailed right away through the "contact us" link to let them know & ask if I should return or provide proof. A few hours later, I hadn't even checked for responses in my email yet when I received a notification through my SHOP app that a new order has been processed. I looked into it, and saw it was this lovely company replacing my broken bottle. I wasn't even sure anyone would see my email lol. I hope you see this- because your customer service is so top tier. You will 100% have a customer for life- as I am a huge parfum lover & currently have over 350+ bottles. Scent has always been something that so strongly correlates to the best and worst memories of my life.. Just as a song can instantly transport you, a single scent can bring feelings rushing back. Thank you ♥️
