Shipping policy
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing time may be extended to 3-5 business days during sales, holidays, or new product launches.
Shipping timelines shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by USPS or other carriers are outside of our control.
Once your package is scanned by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping service. Beauty Queen is not liable for delays, misplaced packages, or packages marked as delivered that cannot be located.
If your order is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with your household members, neighbors, leasing office, or mailroom. If it is still missing, you may file a claim with the carrier.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
